Role Summary / Purpose
In this role, the ‘product sales specialist’ will be responsible for supporting AWM products related technical and clinical process including handling clinical event and related cost, managing sales and asset data. He/She will be supporting both marketing members and territory sales specialists
Essential Responsibilities
Manage and analyze sales raw data to support sales and product marketing team Manage AWM assets utilizing asset management program Manage AWM product related complaints based on company’s compliance and quality process Manage technical process for clinical activities such as local congress and event. Also prepare promotional tools required for AWM clinical event and congress Handle web-payment system and process related with cost resulting from various clinical activities and events. Handle customer & consumer phone call as a 1st contact person in Korea AWM Support product marketers related with product strategy, training and events for customers as well distributors
Qualifications/Requirements
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products College graduate or higher. Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows Ability to communicate very effectively using English to communicate with APAC/global marketing team
Desired
1 ~ 3 years of working experience in sales admin/marketing admin/marketing supporting role is preferred Experience in healthcare/medical device/pharma industry is preferred. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, positive thinker Excellent communication and presentation skills
