AVP Rewards Products & Loyalty Finance Analyst
The A.V.P. role's overall objective is to support the Rewards Products and Loyalty LFO structure through analysis, reporting, business modeling and partner engagement. Applicants to the role are expected to provide analysis and reporting on critical decisions, strategies, initiatives and business cases through their analytical skills and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Rewards & Loyalty LFO with analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and business development activities.
- Construct dashboards and deliver presentations related to the financial performance of the portfolios, loyalty platform and strategic alliance.
- Generate analytics for monthly flash results and month end financial reports.
- Assist with the sizing of new initiatives to assess financial their performance.
- Support the finance team on providing full range of services the supported businesses.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience within financial services
- Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$98,960.00 - $148,440.00
