We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our Transformation team as Assistant Vice President, Program Management. As a key member of the Transformation team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization through planning, expert execution, and effective collaboration with our leadership teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, is detail oriented with an analytical mindset, executive level communicator and can effectively multitask to manage his or her time across various roles and responsibilities. In this role, the individual will report to the Vice President Program Management.
Job Responsibilities

Support the Vice President Program Management with the effective management of the Program Management Office.

Support daily interconnected meetings for Arch Mid-corp acquisition, ensuring seamless integration and progress.

Provide ad-hoc support as required to activities related to the program such as meeting and or workshop participation, and facilitation.

Support the development of materials related to various executive Governance Committees

Manage the processes supporting program status reporting, tracking, issue escalation and resolution, enabling prompt and effective problem-solving.

Support daily meetings with external party counterpart to identify, assign priority work and communication cascade across the program.

Manage and facilitate the knowledge management aspects of the program ensuring document completeness for both internally developed content as well as materials shared by external parties.

Provide ad-hoc support to resolve potential bottlenecks within and across the separation activity.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$123,845- $167,555

Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
