Description and Requirements
Duties: Partner with sales and service teams across National Accounts and Regional Market to deliver pet insurance product on an end-to-end basis. Participate in finalist presentations and shape pitches in collaboration with sales teams. Identify strategies for enhancing 1st sale opportunities across Group Benefits portfolio. Define and refine ongoing TPE and Enrollment Firms strategy and partner with voluntary benefits platforms. Grow existing relationships and implement new integrations to drive new business. Design and launch a broker engagement strategy with key broker partners. Deepen second sale participation by partnering with Voluntary Communication Specialist teams to drive enhanced communication strategies and participation on growth across the book of business. Manage service escalations and identify new solutions to enhance Pet service across the Group implementation and service portfolio. Partner with cross functional teams to execute on channel priorities and goals. Lead, document and articulate long-term product development strategy plans for the Group channel. Drive product strategy by understanding customer needs, the product, and the overall market. Coordinate the identification of Group customer needs for the Pet product. Develop a cohesive product and distribution strategy for pet product that resonates with Group customers and brokers. Mentor colleagues on marketplace trends and insights and channel guidelines. Provide ongoing reporting and updates to leadership team and senior and executive leaders.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and ten (10) years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related occupation performing business development, business operations, business strategy or business sales or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and eight (8) years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related occupation performing business development, business operations, business strategy or business sales. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following experience: delivering cross-functional initiatives across disciplines, including sales operations and technology teams; driving growth outcomes of business as product leader, strategist or executive; launching products in the insurtech, fintech, legal tech or ed tech space; leading strategic planning efforts across insurance business or business division, including identifying key results and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives; and extracting business insights from data.

The salary range for applicants for this position is $236,038.00 - $263,000.00.
