Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee The Engineering Organization, Ensuring Technical Excellence and Scalability.
• Define The Technology Roadmap, Aligning It With Business and Product Strategy.
• Collaborate Closely With Cross-functional Teams.
• Improve And Refine Engineering Processes, Team Structure, and Development Methodologies
  Technical Oversight
• Review And Guide System Architecture, Design, and Implementation Across All Domains.
• Ensure Best Practices In Software Engineering, Devops, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Maintain High Standards In Security, Scalability, and Performance Optimization.
  People & Culture
• fully own the Hiring, mentoring, and professional Growth Of Engineers.
• Build and Scale A High-performance Engineering Culture.
• Lead Engineering Managers and Individual Contributors Across Different Teams.

Kualifikasi

• 10+ Years Of Engineering Experience, With At Least 5+ Years In A Leadership Role.
• Expertise In Golang Or Kotlin, Mysql, Redis, Rabbitmq, Kubernetes, And Aws.
• Expertise In Hexagonal Architecture, Event-driven Microservices, And Ci/cd (jenkins).
• Having Knowledge Of Monitoring/logging (datadog, Grafana, Sentry).
• Experience In Leading Cross-functional Teams And Collaborating With Non-technical Stakeholders.
• Proven ability to scale Engineering Teams And Improve Development Processes.
• Having a Deep Understanding Of Cost Optimization In The Software Engineering Area.
• Having a Deep Understanding Of Performance Optimization.
