Responsabilidades:
- Recibir y crear las quejas del cliente.
- Dar seguimiento con el cliente para otener mas información.
- Revisar y evaluar la priorización de las quejas.
- Analisis de información de las quejas recibidas u evaluar si se requiere una inventigación.
- Proveer una respuesta al cliente de resultado de investigación.
Requisitos:
- Preparatorio o carrera tecnica.
- Conocimiento de Office.
- Ingles escrito y leido al 60%.
- Experiencia en manejo de quejas y/o servicio al cliente.
- Trabajo en equipo.
