We are looking for an Automation Testing Analyst to our growing team in Warsaw being responsible for supporting global test automation projects.
What you will do:
-
Conduct initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production and a variety of tests and analyses to ensure that systems and or applications meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.

Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements to develop test plans, test cases and scripts.

Execute test scripts according to application requirements documentation.

Identifiy defects and recommends appropriate course of action; performs root cause analyses.
-
Retests after corrections are made to ensure problems are resolved.
-
Document, evaluate and research test results for future replication.
-
Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements to enhance testing strategies.
-
Interfaces with development teams if clarification is needed on requirements or to convey test results.

Exhibits good understanding of concepts and principles in own technical area and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
What we will need from you:
-
2-4 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience on manual and automation testing preferable in banking and financial domain for enterprise applications following iterative or agile methodologies (functional and data testing).

Understanding of automation frameworks and hands-on experience with utilizing automation and creating automated test scripts on one of the tools - Selenium, Cucumber with knowledge on Java or Python is beneficial.

Hands on experience on functional Test Automation & hybrid, keyword-driven, data-driven, Behavior Driven automation frameworks.

Hands on experience level of programming and SQL skills e.g. Java/.NET, python, development in Linux environment (shell scripting).

Experience in writing range of test artefacts; test plan, test cases, test reports.

Experienced in working as part of a virtual global team.

Good understanding of project management principles and familiarity in different development & testing methodologies.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.

Experience in use of industry standard toolsets such as Jira/Zephyr.

Fluency in English
