Job Purpose:  
 

This position is the Automation Specialist III role will work with the Automation Capability Consultant, the business areas, and adopters of TruStage’s automation approaches and technology during various phases of projects to help in the Process Definition and Business Operations phases of projects. The Automation Specialist III focuses on the process modeling efforts as part of current state business design discovery and future state business design definition efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilized your innovative thought process to participate in assessing, structuring and planning automation implementation projects and lead and facilitate working sessions to discover and detail the current state business design
  • Research new advanced automation capabilities focused on Cognitive and AI
  • Partner with the Automation Leader to pilot and operationalize new automation capabilities
  • Define detailed business improvements and capture how the current state business design will need to be transformed into a future state workflow to achieve the required business results.
  • Embrace your transformation skills to develop the future state business design, including the detailed definition of goals, (KPI’s), process definition, business capabilities, business rules and organizational setup
  • Use an analytical mindset to understand business impact based on your future state design.
  • Utilize automation tools to configure and develop the future state process
  • Enhance current processes being managed by automation capabilities by utilizing your continuous improvement mindset
  • Provide input for development of end-user training material and conduct end-user training as well as participate in development of post-production support strategy
  • Demonstrate your success by communicating the business value of your designed solution
  • Participate in automation solution deployment.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to team members
  • Work with infrastructure and ensure the automation capabilities are setup correctly and perform to expectations
  • Engage with Leaders across the organization to understand their operational strategy and help them understand the value of automation
  • Execute learning sessions for TruStage employees to better understand automation
  • Provide post-production support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Continuous Improvement, Cognitive/AI or related field.
  • Working knowledge of business design definition, including strategy, goals and metrics, business capabilities, business rules, business information and organizational setup.
  • Successful application of business analysis skills.
  • Proficient business design, business modeling, testing and solution definition skills.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Manage a team of automation specialists and direct work as necessary.
  • Understanding of BPM and or RPA modeling and requirements tool(s); experience with IBM BPM and RPA requirement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in BPM Automation
  • Ability to Research Advanced Automation Solutions with a Focus on Cognitive Technologies and AI
  • Collaboration with the Automation Leader to Pilot and Implement New Automation Capabilities

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$87,700.00 - $131,600.00
