We are seeking an automation engineer who can help streamline and optimize internal processes using low or no-code platforms. You will work closely with internal partners from across the organization to understand their needs, scope and define solution requirements, and measures of success. You will design, implement, test, and monitor the automation workflows and provide feedback and support to stakeholders, as necessary. You may also develop front-end experiences, including low-code apps and forms that integrate with a workflow. You will work semi-autonomously to deliver measurable improvements to the efficiency of internal teams at Roku. 
What you’ll be doing: 
 

  • Engage with customers from different teams to gather and document their automation needs and expectations.  
  • Analyze the current processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.  
  • Create and maintain automation workflows using low or no code platforms such as Power Automate or Zapier.  
  • Test and troubleshoot the automation workflows and ensure they meet quality and performance expectations.  
  • Monitor and report on the automation results and impact on customer satisfaction and productivity.  
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to the customers and resolve any issues or requests related to the automation workflows.  
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in automation and low or no code platforms.  
     

We’re excited if you have: 
 

  • At least 2 years of experience in automation engineering or related role.  
  • Examples of success using low or no code platforms, including the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or Zapier, to create and manage Apps, cloud flows, and RPA workflows at scale.  
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define the solution requirements, scope, and measures of success.  
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
  • A passion for automation and productivity apps!
