Job Description
Deine Aufgaben:
- Die Verwaltung von Eingangsrechnungen und deren Buchung
- Die Überprüfung und Freigabe von Zahlungen an Lieferanten
- Die Pflege von Kreditorenkonten
- Das Abstimmen von Rechnungen und Zahlungen
- Die Sicherstellung, dass Zahlungen fristgerecht erfolgen und alle relevanten Unterlagen korrekt sind
- Unterstützung in Projekten
Your tasks:
- Managing incoming invoices and posting them
- Checking and approving payments to suppliers
- Maintaining vendor accounts
- Reconciling invoices and payments
- Ensuring that payments are made on time and that all relevant documentation is correct
- Support the team in /with upcoming projects
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Your competencies:
- Initial experience in financial accounting or comparable knowledge will be an advantage
- Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Affinity to numbers and a structured way of working
