Role Responsibilities:

  • Governance, Quality Performance Management
  • Responsible for conducting Internal Audit of the system as per the GRMS standard, FSSAI requirement & update MRM template.
  • Prepare audit calendar and organize review meetings with site vertical leads and cluster leads. Ensure site training calendar compliance is met.
  • Regularly track the actions of the identified gaps and update the status to Unit Head & HO QA head on quality performance every month.
  • Responsible for updating the QA monthly report and share with site quality head.
  • Identify CAPEX & OPEX needs for QA Function and incorporate the same in annual budget.
  • Monitor monthly the OPEX expenditures at unit level.
     

Experience / skills required:

Qualification: • Graduate/ Post Graduate calibre or equivalent - preferably in Science or Mathematics or any scientific discipline

Experience: • 6 - 8 years of experience in the areas of MIS-Quality Assurance and Quality Systems on Food Processing / FMCG –Distillery, Brewery and Beverage Industry

Knowledge & skills:

 • Hands on experience and in depth knowledge of Excel data base management
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Experience in MIS Management
