Ideal Standard – Vidima
is now looking to employ a motivated professional for the position of
Audit Manager
located in Bulgaria, Sevlievo
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for carrying out proper audits within the Group and supporting the Head of Corporate Audit with your independent and objective auditing and consulting services.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and assessing weaknesses and their risks and developing suitable, practical measures through to risk elimination.
- In coordination with the relevant specialist audit and project managers, you will examine business processes and procedures with regards to compliance, security, efficiency and expediency.
- You will independently conduct final meetings to coordinate the audit results and the agreed measures with the audited areas.
- In accordance with internal auditing standards and in coordination with the audited areas, you will independently prepare audit reports and follow up on the agreed measures.
- You will advise and support the corporate and specialist departments in redesigning/updating processes, particularly with regards to their efficiency and reliability. You will initiate and propose creative solutions to improve processes and work content, taking best practice approaches into account.
Your profile:
- A degree from a university or university of applied sciences (economics or similar) and a professional qualification (e.g., CIA or similar) are desirable.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in internal auditing, ideally in an international environment.
- You have professional experience in leading internal audits and mentoring junior auditors on their professional development.
- You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel in Germany and abroad (approx. 30%).
- You have professional experience in leading internal audits and mentoring junior auditors on their professional development
- With your analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset, you can quickly grasp even complex issues.
- You are characterized by a confident manner, persuasiveness, assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills and independence, as well as sound judgement and the ability to express yourself.
- You are confident in using MS-Office, have basic knowledge of SAP®/R3® as well as accounting in accordance with HGB/ IAS/ IFRS and have experience with relevant auditing software (ACL, IDEA, dab:exporter etc.).
- Business fluent in English and basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable (preferably German and French or Spanish).
