AT&T Field Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
  • Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved
  • Communicating effectively to members to ensure members understand expectations of their concerns
  • Performing research on billing inquiries and claims to provide service
  • Acting as a liaison between the members and various departments to address concerns.
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We Look For in an AT&T Field Sales Representative:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelors or higher education degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
  • Knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or management
  • Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Desire to advance past an entry-level position and take initiative in office tasks
  • Ability to learn new business strategies to implement during consumer engagement


This is an on-site position in Corona California. To qualify for the position you must be able to relocate within the next two weeks post application and interviewing.
