Broadridge is Growing! We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented engineer who has experience with building Atlassian Jira custom plugins. Selected candidate will join Enterprise Jira Custom Solutions team responsible for providing support and maintaining the custom solutions integrated within enterprise Jira.
This is a temporary contract position expected to last through June 30, 2025.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:

Design Custom Plugin for Jira Data Center hosted in AWS.

Build the Jira Plugin Code and deploy in Atlassian marketplace.

Test the solutions and engage UAT participants before release

Self starter.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, both independently and in collaboration with other technical teams.

Develop and maintain documentation related to plugin, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Atlassian Jira Plugin developer

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Atlassian Jira Plugin development.

Minimum experience of 2 years in in Jira API integrations.

Expertise in Jira, Java, Groovy, PostgreSQL and ScriptRunner

Experience with cloud platforms AWS and hosting Jira plugins in Atlassian marketplace.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
