We are looking for an Atlassian Consultant (Hybrid: NYC) to join our team to partner with different cross-functional teams across the company and provide technical and product leadership for the Atlassian suite.

About You:

• Experience Level: Senior Level.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Atlassian products collaboratively.
• Ability to architect solutions based on established best practices for Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for video, phone, email, and chat communication.
• Ability to work remotely and thrive in a globally distributed team environment (working with engineers, designers, devops, and clients).
• Ability to quickly learn and understand specific client processes.
• Experience consulting with clients on process improvements for delivery.
• Experience leading and mentoring both client and Modus team members.
• Proven ability to deliver successful projects as the sole consultant on a project.
• Experienced in transforming Jira, Jira Service Desk, or Confluence configurations to meet client requirements.
• Comfortable leading teams of Atlassian experts to meet project goals and deliver outcomes.
• Thrives in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
• At least two Atlassian certifications.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite from Tuesday to Thursday, weekly in NYC.
• Compensation range: $90 - $100 hourly on a 1099 contract.

Bonus Points For:

• Additional technical expertise beyond a typical Atlassian admin, such as:
• Planning and assisting with server-side configurations.
• Configuring advanced system setups like user directories or single sign-on (SSO).
• Merging or migrating Atlassian instances.
