Role Overview
You will be reporting to the Data Operations Team Lead and be part of the Operations Office, working closely with the key business stakeholders to advance the technical strategy of the platform, system integrations, optimizations and strategical usage of Jira ecosystem in Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions.
Responsibilities

Optimize, configure, administrate and maintain our Atlassian Suite and its related workflows;

Adminstrate, find solutions, execute on both routine, development and ad-hoc requests;

Work on the governance, prioritization and roadmap of the developments together with the team;

Training, supporting and consulting users;
-
Create and maintain system and workflow documentation.
Your Profile
-
Hands-on Linux experience at user level;
-
Proven experience with Jira and other Atlassian stack administration within the data center, especially in workflow configuration, project creation, and customization;

Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and effective use of online resources;
-
Solid understanding of the software development process.
Nice to Have:
-
Experience with Jira Scriptrunner;
-
Linux experience at the system administrator level;
-
Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Groovy;

Bash scripting and Linux automation experience;
-
Knowledge of Active Directory (AD);
-
Experience with SQL and database maintenance (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
