What You Will Do:
- You will be working in one of the streams after training and evaluation
- Using technology to streamline processes and connect different systems within an organization, This can involve implementing software and tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless integration between various systems.
- Managing and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that can be used for decision-making. This may involve tasks such as data collection, cleaning, transformation, and the use of various analytical tools and techniques to derive valuable information from large datasets.
- Building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports various services and applications within an organization. This can include tasks such as setting up and managing cloud-based platforms, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing performance for users.
- Overseeing the organization's technical projects and resources. They may work on project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring that projects align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Smooth and high-quality delivery of software products to end users. This may involve tasks such as coordinating release schedules, conducting quality assurance testing, and implementing processes to minimize the risk of errors in software releases.
- Tailoring and implementing technology solutions to meet the specific needs and expectations of clients. This can involve understanding client requirements, customizing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the technology.
- Involved in designing, developing, and enhancing software applications. This can include tasks such as coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with team members to create software that meets user requirements and industry standards.
What You Will Need:
- Must be BTech , BE, MCA graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in programming/scripting languages.
- Understanding of database concepts and hands-on experience in SQL.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge in OOPs concepts.
- Flexibility to learn and build new skill set, eagerness to stay updated.
- Algorithms and Data Structures.
