Through hands-on experience, Client Services Associates at BAYADA learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload and recruiting staff in order to become a Client Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Focused on assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services
- Responsible for recruitment efforts, including onboarding, for the offices field staff (RN's, LPN's)
- Assist in the planning of recruiting and marketing events
- Manage compliance of all new hires personnel file
Associate Qualifications Include:
- Agency recruitment experience strongly desired
- Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
- Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Social Media Marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
