Job Description

  • Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching and optimizing of online advertising campaigns
  • Forward creative specs to creative agencies and ensure creative is built correctly
  • Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative and conversion tags) as well as report generation as per the campaign schedule
  • Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management
  • Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 1.5 year+ experience in ad traffic and/or online production experience (Graduate / PG with the right skills will be considered for the role)
  •  Ability to investigate, analyse and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, well organised and possesses the ability to prioritise multiples tasks under pressure
  •  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  •  Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
  • Strong Excel proficiency preferred
  • Knowledge of adserving technology vendors (Campaign Manager / Sizmek) will be preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML, flash and JavaScript would be an asset
  • Relevant Experience of 2-5 years
