Job Description
We are looking for a Strategy Associate to join our growing Sponsor Partnerships team. You will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help shape our product and direction and see your work have a real-world impact.
** This is a full-time employment opportunity with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite in NYC).**
Responsibilities:

Analyze and synthesize data, information and knowledge from external sources into compelling insights-driven, fact-based reports

Partner with senior leaders in developing plans to address business and sponsor partnership opportunities

Document, review, and conduct independent research regarding existing and potential business relationships

Lead the development and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to key external stakeholders, including sponsors. This includes conducting in-depth research, creating tailored presentation materials, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition, product offerings, and strategic vision to drive growth and foster long-term relationships

Contribute and participate in a wide range of company initiatives, ability to “wear many hats”

Qualifications

Excellent research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadline pressures

Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others

Additional Information

Compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors in determining our offer.
