Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 5+years.
- Strong working experience in Teamcenter support and administration.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Teamcenter RAC and Active Workspace (AW).
- Experience with Teamcenter Configuration and BMIDE is a must.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and providing end-user support in a Teamcenter environment.
- Knowledge of PLM processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and software testing tools like Polarion.
- Strong background in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, system testing, solution delivery, and UAT support.
- Hands-on experience in Pipeline Designer development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations, to gather data, feedback, and insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
