Position Summary:
The Associate Specialist, Customer Operations is a challenging and dynamic role, and filled with opportunities for growth. The Associate Specialist, Cust Ops is responsible for working with field sales to maintain and improve the business relationship between the customer and ADI Corporate. This position has high visibility within all departments at ADI and requires working closely with the various Business Units, Sales and Supply Chain to increase revenue at the customer. The Associate Specialist, Cust Ops is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the company and at the same time represents ADI in all business transactions. The Associate Specialist, Cust Ops gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within ADI and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow with ADI Procedures, Policies and Compliance
- Manage the day-to-day operations for the team and are responsible for overall productivity, quality, and delivery of business services
- Drive business representative case quality and metrics, monitor trends, and ensure corrective actions
- Customer relationship management : Lead the regular face-to-face forecast meetings/quarterly business review meeting
- Customer backlog management : Purchase orders, change orders and logistics
- Forecast management: Analyse customer forecasts, track customer project status, monitor design opportunities and market trends, understand customer requirements
- Supply management : Work with Supply chain to review supply status, capacity and new product launch
- Learn and Develop strategies on how to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop/Implement Analytical Models for organization metrics, dashboards etc.(Sales revenue report, design opportunity pipeline, delivery performance, forecast accuracy etc.)
- Develop expertise in our organizational systems including SAP
- Participate in specific functional organization projects such as IT, Applications Engineering or Supply Chain
- Work with legal to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions.
- Involve in quality assurance request such as RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, and customer special requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years working experience in Inside Sales/Customer service or high-tech company preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Data analytical skills
- Proactive and solution oriented thinking
- Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening) and written communication skills desired in both Korean and English
- Proficiency in MS office, with advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Demonstrated experience driving projects to improve support-related processes
- Ability to see situations from a Macro point of view
