Cloud Imperium Games is seeking an Associate Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

Manage all tactical and operational aspects associated with sales initiatives and projects, encompassing new product launches, the development and execution of sales and pricing strategy, physical merchandise, and vendor relationships to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with Marketing teams to implement and execute sales efforts in alignment with the overall business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and strategies.

Oversee, evaluate, and optimize sales processes, task management and automation, integration of related applications and tools, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsible for entering data accurately and maintaining the integrity of the Sales team databases, department documentation, and best practices.

Drive communications with cross-department stakeholders to align and inform on sales strategies that support the broader Marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with the Sales Director, Marketing Art team, and vendors to create and launch new merchandise products that appeal to current trends and upholds brand strategy.

Work with the online Publishing team to manage the release, updates, and/or removal of all e-Commerce products, both digital and physical.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales team and other select teams or departments.

Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment while keeping a focus on both delivery dates and the upkeep of product integrity.

Support the sales team and collaborate to understand their needs to provide effective solutions for effective decision-making.
Requirements:

Proven 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, eCommerce, or similar role with familiarity with Games as a Service business model.

Data driven mindset with experience using data to inform business strategy and planning.

Creative, reliable, positive, dynamic, and solutions oriented.

Have a keen eye for details, particularly as related to dates, timelines, and costing.

Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where flexibility and teamwork are vital.

Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Excel, Confluence, JIRA, AirTable, Trello or similar.
