An Associate Reimbursement Analyst:
•    Develops, monitors, coordinates, and implements projects related with Healthcare Procurement and Reimbursement System.
•    Investigates and communicates potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives in Healthcare Procurement and Reimbursement System.
•    Prepares analysis for government officials at appropriate levels as they take decisions and develops policies that will affect Medtronic Business.
•    Supports HEPR (Health Economics, Policy and Reimbursement) submissions and follows-up DMO (Devlet Malzeme Ofisi) program.
•    Works closely with Operating Units (OUs) in developing and delivering key messages to government officials.
•    Supports with document flow tracking between Government and Market Access Department.

Must Haves
•    Graduate from Engineering and/or Economy, Business with 1-2 years of experience in Health Economics, HTA, Public Health, Public Affairs, Government Relations
•    An excellent command of the English and Turkish, both spoken and written is essential.
•    Proficient in Excel
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
•    A strong team player with initiative who collaborates well with internal/external partners.
•    Focus on results and quality.
•    Must be registered with İŞ-KUR (Minimum 40% disability or higher)

Nice to Haves
•    Good communication skills and willingness to learn on-the-job.
•    A passion to learn and have an open mind to accept new concepts/techniques.
•    Good planning and analytical skills.
