Associate Project Manager

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Set expectations and hold teams accountable for quality and timeliness of their contributions
• Maintains regular communication with management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices.
• Remove impediments to enable team success.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
• Establish and uphold project management standards and best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and report project health.
• Support prioritization and resource allocation to enhance support operations, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize resource utilization.
• Assist in the development of project management frameworks and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands on experience to  Project/ Product  Lifecycle Management
• Hands-on to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project plans
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and PMO functions/ Operations.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive results
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
