YPrime’s Project Management Office is looking for an Associate Project Manager to provide exceptional customer service while facilitating the successful execution of custom IRT software development projects.  In this role, you’ll help lead a cross-functional team from study kick-off and requirements gathering through maintenance, and you’ll serve as the a main point of contact for our clients. You will be based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience 
  • Experience in the eClinical, Pharmaceutical, or Bio-tech industry
  • Experience working with eCOA, IRT, or a related eClinical technology
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Database querying skills preferred
  • A strong sense of personal accountability
  • A commitment to quality

  • You’ll work as part of a cross-functional project team to deliver custom software solutions that are developed to support the clinical trials process
  • You’ll assist in managing the project team’s tasks, timelines, and milestones
  • You’ll ensure continuous internal communication among the team
  • You’ll help to resolve escalated team issues
  • You’ll assist with documentation and ensure that it’s complete and in compliance with YPrime’s standard operating procedures
  • You’ll assist with gathering initial system requirements and participate in internal and external review meetings
  • You’ll help with ad hoc testing of the systems
  • You’ll work to ensure client satisfaction throughout the maintenance phase of the project and lead any maintenance-related activities
  • You'll act as primary point of contact for the client during project maintenance through system deactivation and archival
  • You'll lead status meetings, tracking all open issues or questions, and providing status updates as required
  • You'll ensure client satisfaction throughout the project maintenance phase, working with customer care, YPrime management, and internal departments as required
  • You'll execute and/or oversee successful system updates through hands on system testing throughout the project SDLC
  • You'll provide consistent results and meeting deadlines on initiatives of a more complex project scope
  • You'll create and communicating realistic timelines while updating along the way as required
  • You'll effectively manage projects on time and within budget
  • You'll provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email if required
