Job Title: Associate Project Coordinator - New Product Development (Luxury Jewellery)

Reports To: Project Manager

Brand: Aneka and Unsaid


Role Summary:
As a Project Coordinator Associate, you will manage the entire product development plan, track them on a daily basis, prompt any changes, keep the manager informed of current plan & ensure the priorities are clear. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development Process:
Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on the overall product development (PD) process. 
Ensure all stages of the PD process are followed, and milestones are met, by coordinating with respective teams and aligning priorities.
Accurately maintain and update the tracker for each product at every stage, ensuring data integrity and consistency in relevant systems and spreadsheets.
Support ergonomics, lab tests, and quality control (QC) processes to ensure product standards.
Assist in product review meetings by organizing necessary images and videos for stakeholders. Record feedback, track SKUs, and update their movement in the Product Master sheet.
Manage sign-offs during review meetings and ensure updates are communicated to teams.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data, providing insights as needed.

2. Photo-shoot Support and Coordination:
Schedule craft and creative photoshoots as per studio requirements, coordinating with the Production and Sourcing teams.
Update the photoshoot tracker, follow up on progress, and keep internal teams informed of any changes.

3. Special Projects:
Take on special projects related to product research and merchandising.
Refine and rearrange the PD sheet format for the design team to streamline processes.
Prepare and maintain a response form to address queries raised by retail teams effectively.

4. Reporting and Budget Management:
Assist in analyzing product performance and generating related insights.
Update dashboards tracking product development timelines and progress.
Prepare reports on rework costs to monitor and optimize resource usage.
