Job Purpose:
The Project Specialist supports and coordinates tasks and projects related to Online Travel Agency (OTA) partners and associated businesses. The Project Specialist facilitates the smooth execution of distribution initiatives by collaborating with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing multiple distribution-focused projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the OTA Strategic Partnership team and other hotel touchpoints regarding OTA and distribution needs
- Assist internal stakeholders and hoteliers in accessing OTA extranets and addressing other extranet-related needs
- Create, maintain, and standardize documentation, communications, and processes for internal and external audiences
- Review and update company and partner intranets to ensure data resources are relevant and current
- Support research, project, and program initiatives
- Proactively track project activity, obstacles, and resolutions to ensure deadlines are met and problems are resolved efficiently
- Generate and analyze reports to support business decisions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, OTA partners, and Hoteliers to ensure the accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- Assist hoteliers and member touchpoints with inquiries and provide the necessary support
- Assist in developing and delivering educational opportunities related to OTAs and distribution
- Support the identification of opportunities to better aid the hoteliers with their distribution strategies

Experience:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with increasing responsibility
- Experience working with hospitality distribution channels such as OTAs (Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda)
- Understanding of Revenue Management discipline
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and OTA Extranets
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or combination of education and experience
Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Lighthouse, and QuickSight systems a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication, the ability to interact with others, and data analysis
- Become familiar with organizational policies, practices, functions, and personnel.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Other Requirements:
- Located in Phoenix, Arizona, and required to be present in the office at least three (3) days a week (6201 N. 24th Parkway | Phoenix | 85016).
