POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Associate Product Manager is responsible for driving promotional activities for Indivior’s products and more broadly supporting the Marketing Manager in the successful execution of all marketing initiatives and projects. To be successful in achieving these outcomes, the Associate Product Manager will build strong relationships with other functions especially, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply and Finance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the marketing strategy.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence to support with the development of marketing plans.
  • Develop, execute and measure marketing initiatives, including campaign development and sales execution, to meet strategic goals within budget, ensuring close attention to branding guidelines.
  • Monitor and track marketing expenditure to ensure it is in alignment with approved budget.
  • Prepare marketing collateral/ Point of Sale materials to support the sales process. This will include supporting with ordering, printing and ensuring appropriate distribution according to forecast and team requirements.
  • Work with external agencies (such as creative and digital), including providing briefing documents and ensuring regular touchpoints/ progress meetings so that deadlines are achieved.
  • Liaise with the external printer in relation to job specifications.
  • Maintain marketing tools such as websites, forms etc.
  • Track and report on promotional activities and product line forecasts.
  • Assist in managing the budget and expense reporting.
  • Collate materials and prepare PowerPoint presentations for marketing meetings.
  • Manage 3rd party sponsorships & events in the Veeva tool as well as promotional material review and approvals.
  • Support the sales team in promoting participation in our Events/Meetings/Conferences.
  • Assist with all conference and event organization, for both internal and external. Activities will include:
    • Arranging and coordinating services, such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audio-visual equipment, accommodation, transport and social events, for participants
    • Registration of participants, speakers and sponsored guests
    • Negotiating with Vendors in relation to budget requirements and cost-effective modelling
    • Responding to inquiries
  • Any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Science

Experience:

  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of the Medicines Australia Code
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and empathy, track record of building long standing influential relationships
  • Experience using copy review platforms such as Veeva Vault/ PromoMats

License/Certifications:

Medicines Australia, Continuing Education Program

Travel:

This position requires some domestic travel
