Job Description:
Likewize is searching for an Associate Product Manager, Business Intelligence to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of BI and analytics solutions by aligning the team’s technical direction, strategy, and prioritization to support and enable business partners in their goals and strategic initiatives. You will engage with business area owners and subject matter experts across many business processes including supply chain, care operations, customer experience, and delivery. You will support both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand challenges and provide recommendations. You will work directly with the Business Intelligence development team to explain business processes, communicate challenges, and create requirements to ultimately delivery sustainable and scalable data products.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as the Product Owner for internal Business Intelligence tools and systems.

Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their business strategies and goals.

Work with key stakeholders to identify and scope unique solutions to their opportunities.

Serve as a tools and systems consultant while ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

Evangelize BI Solutions to encourage and maximize adoption.

Maintain clear / transparent product backlog understandable by both the business and product leadership team.

Lead communications with stakeholders representing internal customers’ requirements while triaging and prioritizing feedback.

Help drive our data-driven culture: accumulate, analyze, present, and leverage data in decision making, and look for opportunities to cultivate richer insights about our products.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

Bachelor's Degree in related field OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience as a technical product owner.

3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

Proficient in SQL

Prior experience in the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing space with knowledge of ETL and Reporting tools.

Ability to structure and solve complex problems, communicate to senior decision makers in a clear, compelling way, and drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large organization.

Direct hands-on experience with writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in fast past paced and changing environment.

Outstanding data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.

Ability to build relationships with senior technical and business leaders.

Ability to quickly assimilate including the willingness to learn new technologies.

Ability to interact with customers and coworkers and demonstrate respect and responsiveness.

Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Prior experience with SQL Server Analysis Services, Power BI (or other visualization software).

Knowledge of data modeling and profiling.

Experience with Office software suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and collaborative working in Microsoft Office.

Experience in insurance is a plus.
