About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Interface with product owners, professional services, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze the product requirements and their prioritization.
- Create product specifications and define detailed requirements, workflows and processes
- Support creating and maintaining the product roadmap and plan releases
- Work closely with teams in an agile environment, planning sprints, creating user stories and acceptance tests.
- Prioritize and groom the development story backlog.
- Write down the product documentation. Collaborate with technical writers to develop product documentation in the form of product descriptions, user guides, and release notes.
- Provide internal (and sometimes customer-facing) product training
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders including senior management across various areas of Osttra including Technology, Business Development and PMO areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Business analysis acumen
- Able to understand the big picture, yet drill down to the underlying details
- Hands-on with broad technical knowledge - able to discuss detailed technical topics with developers
- Understanding of the application life cycle and related methodologies
- Experience in creating mind maps, workflows, and stakeholder maps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
