Responsibilities
- Create, manage and oversee integrated production timelines for internal agency initiatives, agency shoots, and client work with focus on social content.
- Learn to manage and track budgets for internal projects and client work.
- Participate in communication between creatives, production partner vendors, and internal studio on projects you are overseeing.
- Coordinate meetings, production notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, tracking against production deadlines and milestones.
- Coordinate/communicate with account team to manage workflow and approvals.
- Assist in helping to identify and manage appropriate external vendors including production companies, and freelance talent while building partner knowledge and relationships.
- Organize and document post-project summary meetings.
- Work closely with Senior Producers and producers to assist on larger scale projects.
- Research new production partners and production practices to share with your production team.
Basic Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience producing video, audio, experiences, or post for agency or production company.
- Passion in makers including directors, editors, and designers with an appetite to increase your maker/ production company database.
- Strong base in developing interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Supremely detail oriented with the capacity to multi-task and handle priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of production management methodology including the ability to develop calendars, status reports etc.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
