Position Description
The role will be responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management, working closely with various regional funds.
This position is full time and based in Hong Kong/ Singapore. Interested candidate please submit your resumes for review and consideration.
Key Areas of Responsibilities

Develop and execute investment strategies in the target industrial sector aligned with organizational/fund objectives.

Identify and source high-quality investment opportunities through various channels, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Participate in the deal sourcing process by evaluating potential investment targets and conducting due diligence.

Manage portfolio companies, providing support to maximize value creation and formulate exit strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and engage with investors for successful fund raising.

Structure and negotiate investment terms, coordinating with legal advisors to finalize transaction agreements.

Prepare investment memos, financial models, and presentations for potential investment opportunities.

Conduct industry research, screen new investment opportunities, and engage with target company management teams.
Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Private Equity field, with consideration for senior positions for candidates with more experience.

Demonstrated experience in deal sourcing, negotiations, structuring, and executing investment transactions.

Proven track record in executing PE investment transactions, including solid financial analysis and modeling skills.

Strong team player, quick learner, self-motivated, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

Mature, reliable, and able to work independently while managing their own schedule.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Good command of written and spoken in trilingual would be an advantage but not essential.
