The Governance and Controlling team is essential for tracking and closing major projects that contribute to the Benchmark Plan (BMP) and the organization's overall objectives. The Engineer's role involves:
- Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure their projects align with the BMP.
- Reporting and Tracking: Utilizing analytical tools like Power BI and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to monitor and report on project progress.
- Engagement: Participating in TQM Plus events to support their valuation and organization.
This position requires strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively across various team.
