As a Platform Management and Operations Associate within the Asset & Wealth Management, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management and daily operations of CPR, Model Management, and Tax Savings Reporting. Your role will involve liaising with clients and other client-facing teams to address emerging business needs and challenges, offering solutions and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee platform activities are executed with precision, consistency, and scalability. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage End-to-End Management and day-to-day Operations of Client Performance Reporting (CPR), Model Management (MM), Tax Savings Reporting (TSR), and future business critical Platform Management Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes.
- Interact and maintain an effective control environment for the Client Performance Process (incl. documented controls, oversight, procedures etc.)
- Provide resolution to partners, coordinates with other cross functional stakeholders (e.g., Ops, Tech, Vendor, and Client Solutions Teams) involved in the process to ensure that 55ip Platform activities are executed with quality, consistency, and scale with a high degree of reliability.
- Critically evaluate and maintain an effective control environment for the Client Performance Process (incl. documented controls, oversight, procedures etc.)
- Proactively partner with Technology, Accounting Systems Vendor, JPM stakeholders regularly to ensure client outcomes are met, and changes impacting the business are vetted appropriately and socialized proactively. Investigate, follow-up, and resolve escalated client issues and problems through effective collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and assist with creation of processes and procedures
- Take ownership and proactively manage of the various risks (e.g., data quality, timing, report quality). Partner with Product team for process automation. Lead, execute, and, manage ad hoc initiatives and projects, driving implementation of changes and ensuring sustainability
- Cross-train and become back up for other Business-as-Usual (BAU) process to provide coverage and business continuity
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building processes, managing cross functional projects that promote business impact
- Prior financial services experience, ideally in an investment management context
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present conclusions concisely
- Ability to execute and project manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic and a desire to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally and with Technology and Operations
