This position is an account management role managing a portfolio of partner agents. The key deliverable is to build and maintain relationships with the agents to position Study Group as the provider of choice of Higher Education programs. This includes achieving sales targets and a wide range of KPIs while creating a high-value collaboration with the network or partners.
ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Development & execution of sales account plans
  • Pipeline Management – Lead Generation, Conversion, Confirmation to Arrival (end to end student journey).
  • Work alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment
  • Manage a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction
  • Recruit new agents and onboard them
  • Represent Study Group and our brands at exhibitions and recruitment events
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
  • Brand Enablement of our products in the region through our Agent Partners, Academic Partners and Digital channels, working closely with other associated teams.
  • Work closely with our university partners for joint activities in local markets, providing market insights for product development.

ABOUT YOU

  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commercially savvy product specialist with a successful track record in delivering results.
  • Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies.
  • Experience identifying a customer’s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
  • CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com
