Objective of the Position:

Provide order processing support to deliver Order Management services to Elanco’s customer in accordance with established Order management processes and work procedures and in compliance with Elanco policies, and local company legal and statutory requirements (If applicable) Taking ownership of customer enquiries and handling of orders from receipt to the closure of sales. Ensure the timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and target. Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer, sharing of resource, knowledge, and experience. Working hour requirement: 5.00 am to 2.00 pm.

Functional Task (including but not limited to):

  • Accurately process all customer purchase order within the given timeline.

  • All requests should be processed according to the established work instruction and process definition guideline.

  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and the completeness of the order creation.

  • Process the urgent request according to the stipulate deadline.

  • Review the key metrics and communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met.

  • Follow up with local country end users or relevant stakeholder resolving the problematic workflow arises.

  • Ensure customer or business partner queries are attended and resolved in a timely manner, responsible and proactive manner.

  • Ensure compliance to Elanco policies, local company legal and statutory requirements.

  • Support global/regional projects with influence on accuracy, efficiency, and compliant with order management process.

  • Anticipate and solves non-standard problems that can occur within or across work unit.

  • Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, as required by Elanco Management.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Requires comprehensive knowledge and skill related to own work.

  • Effectively prioritize and complete assigned functional tasks and other deliverables under minimal supervision.

  • Anticipate and responds flexible and empathically to customer needs and effectively manage their expectations.

  • Ability to make decisions within procedures and policies that impact the activities within work unit.

  • Able to recognizes and solves non-standard problems that can occur in own work unit.

  • Ability to provides key improvements to existing processes or solutions and actively work with the relevant stakeholders to drive the improvements.

  • Ensure ownership for all applicable SOX and Operational Controls in own work unit.

  • Demonstrated effective communication/interaction with internal customers or business partners.

Education and Working Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with 1-2 years’ experience in Order to bill or other accounting function in an MNC or Shared Service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Intermediate level of knowledge and understanding of Order Management and accounting function.

  • Support low to medium complexity tasks and assist on small to medium size project initiatives.

  • Basic knowledge and experience of SAP Module and MS Office Tools.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • External experience in a Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing engagement will be preferable.

  • Experience in working in an SAP environment will be an added advantage.

  • Proficient in English is mandatory; multi-lingual is required if you support Japan, Korea, Taiwan or China
