Summary of Position
The Motion Designer at Teladoc Health is a key member of our talented in-house Studio Production Team. Strong skills in animation, motion design, and storytelling are essential to help bring our narratives to life and elevate Teladoc as a memorable brand. Whether you're working on large-scale campaigns or creating engaging short-form content, you'll play a vital role in conveying how our products and services improve the lives of patients, helping to connect our brand with its audience in a meaningful way.
Essential Duties
• Create and design the animation of motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
• Proactive approach in supporting senior designers with the execution of design concepts and ensuring they meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ideate on how to produce visually appealing animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, integrating motion design elements where appropriate. • Work with sound and music in conjunction with motion design to create compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software, and design techniques to improve personal and team output.
• Help with revisions and edits based on feedback from senior designers, creative directors, or clients.
• Familiarity with asset formats and sizing.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in motion design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, design aesthetics, and typography. • Strong 3D software skills (e.g., Cinema 4D).
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication within the team and with clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

• Creative problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your motion design work.
