Associate Marketing Programs Manager
Cambridge
This role will be based at our European Headquarters and there will be some flexibility for hybrid working.

The Role
As an Associate Marketing Programs Manager, your focus is to take part in the programs planning, and manage the execution, quality control and reporting of omni channel marketing programs, or parts of programs, for the European region.
This role would suit a marketer early in their career looking to develop their existing marketing skills within an international environment. The associate marketing programs manager owns smaller programs and/or works with campaign managers/senior programs managers in the execution of larger programs or aspects of programs.
You will work closely with campaign managers, subject matter experts, global marketing teams, and relevant business partners who synthesise customer needs, market conditions, competitive intelligence and business opportunities into clear marketing objectives. The programs team uses this information to identify audiences, select channels, formulate messaging and develop winning marketing programs and campaigns that are aligned with commercial and brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

Assist with translating strategic and tactical marketing plans into successful marketing programs to create awareness, generate leads, accelerate sales opportunities and ultimately drive revenue

Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and campaign managers, providing input and execute omni channel programs. Manage execution of a variety of marketing tactics within a given program, and ensure linkage of tactics to overall strategy

Project manage the implementation, tracking and reporting of marketing activities

Become an expert on customer behaviour, needs and responses to programs and campaigns

Assist with/manage regionalization of programs and individual content pieces

Work to develop, maintain and strengthen the link between marketing and sales specifically with regards to marketing programs and campaigns
Requirements:

University/college degree in marketing, communications, or related field required, or equivalent work experience

Marketing work experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the biological sciences, chemistry, genetics or other related field is an advantage

Strong oral and written communication skills
