How This Role Impacts Live Oak and its People
As an Associate Marketing Analyst, you are an important teammate who makes valuable contributions and offers brand and product marketing expertise to many of the bank’s stakeholders. This person takes on assigned projects and tasks and will learn to execute an array of marketing tactics to support the strategic initiatives of the marketing team. This person seeks to gain a basic understanding of the bank’s products and needs, then adds value using a multi-channel approach
What You’ll Do at Live Oak

Execute marketing strategies that drive leads and brand awareness through advertising and promotional activities.

Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives through support and collaboration with team members.

Meet with appropriate sales or marketing team members to discuss communication needs or participate as a member of the marketing team.

Assist the sales and marketing team with communications and advertising materials to effectively represent Live Oak’s products and services to customers, prospects, and business partners.

Draw out key business insights and provide actionable recommendations.

Manage inbound requests from internal customers across the bank and collaborate with appropriate team members to complete the request(s).

Manage creative production, receipt, and distribution. Ensure compliance with the Advertising and Marketing Policy is maintained.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to receive feedback on the ROI of the programs and marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.

Receive and execute work assignments received from Marketing Analyst or Senior Marketing Analysts.

Review literature in the assigned marketing project, and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area and research and gather information from competitive companies in the field.

Develop draft advertising content and concepts and present them to your marketing manager for review and approval.
How You’ll Do It

By developing a deep understanding of customer journeys through offline and online channels and optimizing campaigns to maximize conversions through marketing funnels.

By having or developing a working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, loan process, and what it takes to get a loan.

By building a solid foundational understanding of marketing technology and digital marketing to implement marketing campaigns and measure results and have the drive to become an expert in all marketing channels.
Required and Preferred Experience

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field.

This position requires 2-5 years of experience in the marketing industry.

We would prefer financial service marketing industry experience.

This position requires experience in executing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

This position requires the proven ability to oversee marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen.

Pardot, WordPress, Webinar, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tealium, and Optimizely experience are preferred.

This position requires computer proficiently, and the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

The base pay range for this position is $44,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate’s salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
