Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This individual will manage a small team while overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to drive recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, and ensure a seamless talent acquisition experience.
What will you do as a Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition :
- Manage a team of 2+ Talent Acquisition professionals to meet hiring targets and timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to meet recruitment goals.
- Drive the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with hiring processes and policies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency of the hiring process and implement improvements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition strategies.
What are we looking for :
- 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year of experience managing a small recruitment team.
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Should have previous experience of using ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
