JOB PURPOSE
Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – As the Associate Manager, Performance Marketing - Deodorant, you will play a key role driving performance marketing across Dove, Degree, DM+C and Shea Moisture campaigns end to end. This is a key role in the MMC. You’ll quarterback the optimization of full funnel activation, leveraging with audience, media, and cultural insight to learn and dynamically make our marketing more effective.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The scope of the Associate Manager, Performance Marketing - Deodorant includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Full Funnel Holistic Planning – Own the full funnel planning process for Deodorants, stewarding the full funnel brief process with Brand, Shopper marketing and Hub peers, delivering holistic full funnel learning plans for campaigns with aligned KPIs and optimization cadence across channels and stages in funnel.

Performance Marketing – Drive iterative performance optimization cadence in partnership with agency, media, audience, content and measurement partners to dynamically improve performance across category activation by optimizing the quality of mix, targeting and allocation of investment.

Digital and Marketing Thought Leadership – Drive digital thought leadership for Deodorants through engagement with key media platform partners, driving evangelism in the marketing community, collaboration with marketing technology to deliver elevated experiences in digital, and identifying opportunities to experiment within programming.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred

A minimum of 3 years of experience across the Marketing, Digital or eCommerce landscape

Strong business and analytical acumen

Leading knowledge and track record of success with data driven marketing

Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary and often global Digital projects
