Reporting to our Vice President, People Strategy & Employee Experience, the Associate Manager, People Strategy & Employee Experience will be a key member of our People & Culture team driving the design, development and deployment of employee experience programs across the firm. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating an environment and culture that enables people to be and do their best, feeling a sense of care and belonging. You will also play a key role in our people insights and analytics strategy to ensure we’re capturing the voice of the employee, measuring the success of our programs, and enabling the business to tell a story and make decisions with critical talent data and insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize HR dashboards to drive data-driven people decisions on retention, rewards, diversity, and organizational effectiveness

Develop and manage detailed project plans for Employee Experience programs such as employee listening, experience design, and Employee Value Proposition.

Proactively identify and develop innovative solutions for anticipated challenges

Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to adapt and deliver best-in-class HR practices through the lens of employee experience

Manage employee feedback channels and translate insights into actionable improvements

Support programmatic employee listening activities and planning ensuring the successful launch of a firm wide employee experience strategy

Support Talent Management with actionable data and insights to drive firm wide learning and development strategies

Consistent delivery to People and Culture leadership and other stakeholders regarding status through clear communication of objectives, status, and results.

Support the execution of a firmwide employee listening strategy, inclusive of and not limited to, survey design, vendor selection, configuration, training, reporting, data analysis and actionable insights.

Support the design, development and deployment of dashboards and insights for people leaders across the organization.

Strategic usage of data and insights to establish an understanding of current state of the employee experience and proposed enhancements

Collaborate with communication, marketing, and change management partners in the delivery and amplification of our culture, people leader and employee initiatives and strategies

Support the creation of visual and data driven presentations from the People & Culture team for People & Culture Leadership, Executive Team and the Board.

Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

Experience and an invested interest in leveraging data to influence decision making outcomes.

Proven experience and interest in staying apprised of HR industry trends to continually drive and improve our employee experience.

Intrinsic curiosity to learn about the commercial elements of our business and best in class HR practices.

Ability to take information, both qualitative and quantitative, and derive trends across the organization to support strategic decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of Human Capital or HR Consulting
-
BA/BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or other relevant fields

Advanced skills in presentation creation utilizing PowerPoint and BI visualization tools

Advanced excel skills and the ability to navigate complex data sets

Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Workday

Focus on Collaboration and experience working with various HR COE’s and cross functional stakeholders

Ability to partner with all levels of leadership and functions to update and influence on various HR programs and projects.
$108,000 - $128,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
