In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and administering compensation programs across 60+ countries. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Total Rewards team with day-to-day requests, finance reporting, and global training/communications.
- Serve as a central resource for Total Rewards Leads in each region, ensuring coordination and consistency.
- Assist with the annual year-end compensation planning cycle, ensuring data integrity, system testing, and reporting.
- Proactively identify and streamline processes within the Total Rewards team, documenting workflows and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of compensation experience, preferably in a large, multinational, publicly traded organization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Workday preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
