ROLE SUMMARY:
This role should provide operational assistance to the manufacturing activities. This includes managing CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) activities such as Laundry Operations for primary change rooms, housekeeping activities in Manufacturing Suites, TS Block Autoclave areas, Manufacturing Upstream areas including Classified Grade C & D areas, Downstream areas such as Visual Inspection and Packing, Production corridors, TS Warehouse areas etc.
Be responsible for upkeep of all primary and secondary change rooms in TS Block, Pest Control Management across the site and especially GMP Pest Control activities including Quality Investigations, Compliance, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for incidents of pests if any in the manufacturing areas.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Housekeeping in Manufacturing areas
Training and deploying GMP trained housekeeping personnel in TS Block, General cleaning, special cleaning, sanitization, disinfection and ensuring CGMP clean room service standards/compliance as per manufacturing and quality SOPs.
Laundry Operations
Managing Laundry operations including maintenance of laundry machinery and equipment. Ensuring adherence to SOP of Laundry operations, adequate supply of washed garments in primary change rooms in TS Block, Chemical Quality and Microbiology Laboratories and in Warehouse change rooms. Oversee compliance and service standards of Laundry operations of external professional service provider if engaged.
Pest Control Management
Develop and implement robust pest control measures in conjunction with Quality and EHS norms. Ensure all pest control activates as per defined schedule. Maintain GMP records. Review SOPs. Documentation and support in quality investigations.
Upkeep of TS Block and TS Warehouse
Responsible for upkeep of TS Block and TS Warehouse in close coordination with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS and Engineering teams and ensure Any Time Audit Readiness (ATAR). Ensuring cleanliness of all washrooms and toilets in the TS Block and TS Warehouse.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Education/ Qualification
Master's degree in business administration or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management or master's degree in human resources management
Experience
At least 6-8 years of relevant management experience in a large-scale organization, preferably in reputed USFDA approved Pharma industries
Standards, Processes & Policies
Knowledge of basic CGMP, SOPs in Pharma industry, Employment related laws and regulations, Contract Labour Management, Human Resources Policies, employment related laws
