This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

HarbourVest is seeking an Associate, Loopio Content Program Manager to join our Wealth Product Marketing team, which is responsible for supporting the marketing and fundraising efforts of HarbourVest’s growing suite of Evergreen products. The Associate is primarily responsible for managing RFP and FI (Fundraising Inquiry) content across the Evergreen and Wealth RFP content library and related systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a newly formed team in a dynamic and fast-growing part of HarbourVest. The Associate will work collaboratively with Wealth Product Marketing team members to ensure that all Evergreen and Wealth RFP content is up to date, accurate and available for use in RFPs. The Associate will also collaborate with the RFP Content Manager overseeing closed-ended product content to ensure consistency across RFP libraries and to further enhance the functions and implementation of RFP content management tools.

What you will do:

• Manage the Evergreen and Wealth RFP Content library, both in terms of infrastructure and content.

• Manage review cycles in collaboration with SMEs to maintain accuracy of library content.

• Support library-wide content update campaigns.

• Support the development of new Evergreen RFP content in line with expansion of the Firm’s Evergreen platform.

• Standardize content, language and/or style across the library content.

• Build and maintain DDQ templates.

• Provide team members and SMEs with training on the use of the RFP library and content management tool.

• Pursue ad-hoc projects linked to the improvement of library content management and to the content management tool’s functionalities, in particular with regards to automation.

• Collaborate with the RFP Content Manager overseeing closed-ended product content to manage the tool’s administration (e.g. groups and permissions).

• And other responsibilities as required.
   

What you bring:

• An understanding and interest in private markets products, multi-manager solutions preferred.

• Experience in RFP or written content management.

• Structure, organization and high attention to detail to maintaining consistency and data integrity.

• Strong project management experience, including ability to prioritize multiple demanding priorities.

• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Loopio or other RFP content management tools preferred.
   

Experience:

• 3-5 Years experience in RFP or content creation/management capacity preferred.
