Main Responsibilities
Paralegal tasks:
ISDA deliverables FCM agreement deliverables
Maintenance of MFN tracker Maintenance of IMA tracker
Update delegation agreements
Update participating affiliate agreements
Form D filings
Blue sky filings
Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables
Assist with Form PF updates
Assist with Form ADV updates
Document management
Assist senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings
RFP support
Qualifications
Candidate should have 3+ years of experience
Preference for candidates with asset management experience
Candidates will ideally have experience with US private and or registered funds. Experience with Cayman products a plus.
