The position
As an Associate Lead-Global Forecasting at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of high-quality forecasts for key products on a regional and/or global level, including Long Term Forecast (LTF)
  • Take specific responsibility for the Diabetes therapeutic area
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare best-in-class market analyses and long-term market projections for strategic and operational decision-making
  • Maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including CS&CA, Regions, Top-10 affiliates, Commercial Finance, and Product Supply (PS), to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets
  • Drive and optimize key processes in the department, such as forecasting or guidance processes
  • In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality long-term forecasts, develop key scenarios to analyze value drivers, provide decision-making support to brands and senior management, establish, and maintain business partnerships, and mentor colleagues colleagues.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience in forecasting and market insight generation within a global organization.
  • Exposure to Pipeline and inbrand products is preferred
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or sciences,8+ years of experience in the industry and/or as a consultant.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive and optimize key processes.
  • Mentorship and coaching skills to support the development of colleagues.
