Job Description

Responsibilities

• Experience in Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers at single or multi domain platforms.
• Experience in Project Management, Deployment, Installation, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of various Microsoft Operating Systems and Application.
• Infrastructure Administration and management Windows L2 administration skills
• Troubleshooting, Problem solving and Server Hardening
• Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades (SCCM)
• Exposure on Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMWARE)
• Experience in VM build and Management.
• Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
• Handle incident (Create, update and maintain Knowledge base articles)
• Manage Service Delivery (execute direct orders, respond to standard requests)
• Perform High Availability / Disaster Recovery setup including Active-Passive Cluster, Fail-over.
• Backup & Recovery (server backup & recovery) activities.
• Other miscellaneous activities (stop, start, managing alerts/logs, license management, hardening, third party s/w installation & configuration)
• Knowledge of Cloud platform
• Provide on-call and weekend support.

Qualifications

Must complete full time bachelors degree.
