Job Description:
What You'll Do
Designs, develops and integrates systems for CBO Field Performance Management using agile development methodologies to support existing and new product features. Responsible for developing front-end web applications. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Create, manage, work support and work request tickets through resolution using an agile project tracking tool. Document work completed and handling of tickets. Participates in pager rotation to provide 24x7 support for all system environments (Prod, Test, Development).
- Responsible for application software development, testing and implementation of efficient, cost effective application solutions. Creates, maintains, and publishes dashboards and reports for assigned areas. Ensures accuracy and timeliness on all reports. Breaks down complex requirements into workable technical solutions. Collaborates with other developers on code reviews and process enhancements. Ensures that code reviews are performed and documented using the approved templates. Able to interact, upload, and manage code with GIT/Github repositories.
- Ensures all projects and releases are appropriately tested and risks are mitigated. Ensures all projects have a detailed implementation and back-out plans, and are reviewed with all impacted parties in advance of scheduled releases. Continually looks for and implement ways to stabilize and improve the performance of the production environment. Implement all changes without a major incident. Clearly identifies that all known defects are understood and agreed by the business and technology prior to implementation. Minimizes the impact of problems to our users by providing effective, timely solutions.
- Adheres to regulatory, PDP, Change Management and Internet Department processes and standards, ensuring all projects are compliant. Document software and perform related duties as assigned or requested. Able to contribute to best practices to support a strong software architecture. Reduces occurrence of vulnerabilities through proper secure coding practices and having a "Security First" Mindset. Follows proper handling of sensitive data per cybersecurity guidelines
- Identifies and executes opportunities to leverage agile/iterative/lean processes to deliver projects faster. Proposes ideas to better position our applications to support future business and technology initiatives. Finds ways to incorporate these ideas within planned project/release timelines. Incorporates and supports new technology/frameworks to support our continuous integration efforts
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- High School diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience of hands on experience building applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Hands on experience building applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or Analytics
- 1+ years of hands on experience building reporting solutions using Tableau
- Ability to write, execute, optimize complex SQL statements from any database.
- Has the ability to interact with multiple web servers (i.e. Node.js, Express, etc)

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $53,500.00 to $78,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
